Grace is the name of our co-founder and Stella is the name of her cousin's beloved dog. Given that a pup has her roots in our beginnings, we believe very strongly that no beauty products should ever be tested on animals. Period. Our products are designed for humans - and tested on humans.

Most of our products are safe to use while pregnant. We say 'most' because each product is different, and depending on your skin sensitivity, we advise consulting a doctor prior to using the product.

We’re based in Vancouver, beautiful British Columbia, Canada. We also have a distribution center set-up in the USA and in the UK to cut down shipping times.

Never! The colour comes from rose extract. Our team only sources ingredients that are clean and safe for the skin.

In our tests, yes. However, as with any shampoo, we know how precious your newly-treated hair is, so we suggest you wait for a few days before using it.

Since it’s hard to predict the exact duty/customs charges for each order, we don’t account for this in the pricing on the website. There is a chance these charges will be applied when you receive your products.
