is it easy to return items?
yes! all grace & stella products come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the time you receive them! if you are not satisfied with a product, contact support@graceandstella.com and we will be happy to start the return process for you.
how do I return items?
- contact us within 30 days of receiving your product at support@graceandstella.com
- we do not require you to ship your product back, however, we ask that you please let us know why the product didn’t meet your expectations.
- we will offer you the option of a store credit, or cash refund (within approximately 5-10 business days)
what items are non-returnable?
items marked as final sale. free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

our electronic products have a warranty of 45 days from the date they were received by the customer. This is enough time to ensure any technical issues.
