is it easy to return items?
yes! all grace & stella products come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the time you receive them! if you are not satisfied with a product, contact support@graceandstella.com and we will be happy to start the return process for you.
christmas returns
we know gifting can be a little tricky, so we’ve extended our return window for the holidays. any order placed between december 1 and december 31 can be returned or exchanged until january 31.
- this applies to orders shipped to the us, canada, and the uk
- products must be purchased directly from graceandstella.com
- items should be in their original condition (as reasonably possible for skincare)
- gifts can be refunded back to the original payment method or converted to store credit for the recipient
to start a christmas return, just email support@graceandstella.com with your order number and whether it was a gift, and our team will take it from there. 🎁✨
how do I return items?
- contact us within 30 days of receiving your product at support@graceandstella.com
- we do not require you to ship your product back, however, we ask that you please let us know why the product didn’t meet your expectations.
- we will offer you the option of a store credit, or cash refund (within approximately 5-10 business days)
what items are non-returnable?
items marked as final sale. free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
electronic products?
our electronic products have a warranty of 45 days from the date they were received by the customer. This is enough time to ensure there's no technical issues.
