CALMING DUO DIRECTIONS

Hot + Cool Gel Bead Sleep Mask

Cool:
Place sleep mask in the fridge for 15 minutes prior to use.

Warm:
Warm up in the microwave for 10 seconds. Timing may vary depending on your microwave. Or place sleep mask in an air-tight Ziploc bag and soak in a bowl of hot water for 10-15 minutes. 

Shea Butter Body Lotion

1) Push down on pump about 2-3 times until a good amount is on hand.  
2) Apply all over body and rub in until absorbed.  
3) Repeat as needed. 

Use daily, morning and night, for best results.  Best used after shower on damp skin.
