Not the best

Didn’t remove the hair. The wax was too think. Machine is cheaply made.

Not Reliable

I am not happy with this product. I have used it maybe 5 times since purchased. Turned it on yesterday and it is not working. The light goes on, stays on for maybe 3 minutes and then goes off. At it's best this product heated the wax to a little above warm. I wouldn't purchase this product as I think it is cheap.
